Are You Getting the Right
Health Supplements?
Health and Wellness Product Review
By Dr. Jo
Can you recognize a harmful health and wellness
product from a quality health supplement?
Don't feel bad if you can't.
As a medical doctor
I can tell you how hard it is to keep up with all
the new health products that flood the market everyday.
This is one of my motivations for this health and
wellness product review -- to give direct access to the wellness
products that I recommend for my patients.
No hype or grandiose promises of instant wellness.
Just plain good old fashioned common sense based on solid medical
research.
But first, before any health and wellness product or
supplement can help you, there is one thing I need you to do...
Get the meal right!
Without the proper nutritiously balanced meal no
supplement is going to help you!
A health and wellness product or supplement is not a
meal replacement!
Start with getting food facts that can be translated
into great tasting meals. Find a resource like Dr. Jo's cookbook
providing a very flexible and practical eating plan, and the
foundation of
health
building.
The New Natural Healing Cookbook: A Wellness Program For Optimal
Health
When I recommend a health and wellness product or
health supplement , I want you to be able to find it easily and
quickly so you can implement your health building strategies
quickly.
Why would you settle for second best when your body
needs the best?
That's what this next section is all about.
Health and wellness supplement resources that are
the best for your body.
Why whole food supplements?
Do you want to eat concentrated food or chemicals?
Many vitamins in common vitamin and mineral
supplements are derived from petroleum products and thus are single
chemicals.
Health and wellness supplements derived from food
sources contain a variety of nutrients that work together
synergistically.
For instance most vitamin E supplements contain only
the tocopherols. However, a food derived vitamin E also contains
xanthine, selenium, lipositols and other factors that all work
together in a balanced manner to nourish the cells.
Similarly, most vitamin C products only contain
ascorbic acid. A food derived vitamin C complex also contains
ascorbigen bioflavinoid complexes, tyrosinase, P Factors, K Factors
and J Factors.
Supplementing with chemically derived vitamins
may put stress on the organs instead of nourishing them.
A health and wellness product made of these single
chemical vitamins may be beneficial for a short time when using them
like medicines under the supervision of a health care practitioner.
But for the optimal health of your body, take
nourishing whole food supplements instead of chemicals that may
stress the body.
Don't cheat yourself.
Get all the cofactors needed for those vitamins to
work optimally in your body. You are already inadvertently exposed
to many environmental toxic chemicals. Why purposely take more in
synthetic vitamins?
The health and wellness product choices in
Dr. Jo's Health Store are ones that I used for years in my
medical practice and have proven to be most beneficial.
I will continue to search for the best sources of
health and wellness product and whole food supplements at the most
reasonable prices.
So return here each time you need to order more
health and wellness product and health supplements, for I may have
found an even better source or price for you.
Remember that the cheapest product may not in the
long run actually be the cheapest. It may not actually contain what
the label says it contains. It may not be from a whole food source.
It may not be health building. Only insist on the best for your
body.
